Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies (including Meta’s).

• Only connect social accounts you own and are authorized to use.
• Provide accurate profile information; do not misrepresent metrics or identity.
• Deliver agreed content on time and to the brief; comply with disclosure and advertising rules.
• Respect brand confidentiality and campaign terms.

• Provide clear, lawful briefs and honor agreed compensation.
• Use creator data only for discovery, evaluation, and campaign management on CircleX.
• Do not export, resell, or misuse creator analytics or media kits.
• Fund campaigns and release payments per the agreed terms.

Campaign budgets may be held in escrow and released on approved deliverables. Platform fees, payout timing, refunds, and dispute resolution follow the processes shown in-product at the time of each transaction.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
• No harassment, illegal content, fraud, or attempts to circumvent payments.
• No use of the platform or any connected data outside the creator-marketplace purpose.

Creators retain ownership of their content; brands receive the usage rights agreed for each campaign. CircleX owns the platform, its software, and branding.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using CircleX and delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, CircleX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
